How to Claim Your Prize!

ALL PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP on April 20, 2023, at Villa Lombardi's by 10:00 p.m.... UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. All attendees must purchase an admission ticket to the venue.

Any items not picked up by date above, will become property of Merrimac PTA and will be randomly auctioned off at future events.

  • It should be noted that all items in the auction have been donated to Merrimac School PTA. Because of the generosity of these donors, it is the responsibility of the purchasers to respect any and all restrictions associated with a trip or item. Everything is sold “as-is”. Please carefully read all specifications and limitations.


  • Values set forth for items being auctioned are estimates and are not warranted by Merrimac School PTA.


  • By making the purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against Merrimac School PTA or the donor of an item or service. Neither is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the utilization of the items or services.


  • Merrimac School PTA is not responsible for errors in the program.


  • Products/Gifts are non transferable. Don’t have a use for an item you won? Redonate it back to us for future events!
