Join us for the 12th Annual Auction to support Merrimac Elementary School! This exciting event will take place at the Mansion at Timber Point on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Here’s how you can win:
Purchase Raffle Tickets: Get your hands on amazing raffle prizes, including vacations, sports tickets, gift cards, and much more. The more tickets you buy, the better your chances of winning!
Bid on Auction Items: Don’t miss out on a wide variety of auction items—everything from unique experiences to local services and products up for grabs.

How to Claim your Prize
To ensure you can enjoy your winnings, please note the following important details about claiming your prize at the 12th Annual Auction:
Admission Requirement:
All attendees must purchase an admission ticket to attend the event and be eligible for raffle and auction prizes.
Pick-Up Deadline:
All prizes must be claimed on the night of the event, April 4, 2025, at the Mansion at Timber Point, no later than 10:00 PM.
If you're unable to pick up your prize by 10:00 PM, please contact us ahead of time to make prior arrangements for pick-up.
Unclaimed Prizes:
Any prizes not picked up by 10:00 PM on April 4th will become the property of Merrimac PTA.
Unclaimed items will be randomly auctioned off at future events to raise funds for Merrimac Elementary School.

Easy Way to Contribute to Our Annual Auction!
We’re excited to let you know about an easy way to contribute to our Merrimac Elementary PTA Annual Auction. We’ve created an Amazon Wish List with items that we can use to build our donation baskets.
If you're interested in donating, all you need to do is simply purchase an item from the list, and it will be sent directly to us. We’ll handle the rest from there—it's that easy!

Auction Items:
All items in the auction have been generously donated to the Merrimac School PTA. By participating in the auction, purchasers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All auction items are sold “as-is.” Purchasers are responsible for carefully reading all specifications, limitations, and restrictions associated with each item, including any expiration dates, usage limitations, and applicable conditions set by the donor.Value Estimates:
The estimated values of auction items are provided for reference only and are not warranted or guaranteed by Merrimac School PTA. These values are not intended to be an appraisal of the actual worth of the item.Waiver of Liability:
